THE1QR lets the current controller choose a public HTTPS destination for one permanent QR code.
During THE FIRST 100 launch, the first 100 eligible claimants receive one scheduled one-hour ownership slot for free. Paid takeovers are paused until the free-owner schedule ends.
During the Telegram Stars beta, takeover levels are denominated in Telegram Stars (XTR), not US dollars. A takeover must beat the displayed control level by at least the displayed minimum increment.
If another valid completed takeover makes your payment stale before fulfillment, THE1QR automatically attempts to refund the Telegram Stars payment. Duplicate successful payments for an already-won claim are also refunded.
Malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, credential theft, gambling, explicit adult content, illegal drug or weapon sales, extremist recruitment, illegal marketplaces and deceptive redirects are prohibited. Every destination is automatically checked before checkout, checked again before activation, and periodically re-checked while active. THE1QR may block or replace any destination that creates security, legal or platform risk.
Telegram processes Stars payments. THE1QR does not receive or store card numbers.
